A Must Have for Sensitive Tums
Bought these for my elderly father who is on iron replacement therapy [long term]. He has suffered with occasional toileting accidents due to the medication but after using these wonderful capsules there have been no more issues. I had bought him just the plain Probiotics previously [as he is also on long term antibiotics] but these with added psyllium are certainly proving to be an essential for those with sensitive tums.Bought these for my elderly father who is on iron replacement therapy [long term]. Did suffer a fair bit of constipation as I have a gut disease but after taking these one once or two times a day depending on what I've eaten I have become regular at predictable times and less pain and feeling uncomfortable guts wise and constipation has been eradicated almost entirely, tried all sorts before these but nothing works as well as these tablets

Very good combination for people with poor gut flora
I just received this supplement and can,t share still how is working for me, but the combination of probiotics and fibres is really the best for restoring the good gut flora. On my opinion it will take some time while you can feel some change. Will update my review a month later.
